Russell is an experienced Human Resources Practitioner and his background across a variety of industries , including financial services , retail & consulting and offers our clients the chance to interact with a facilitator whose passion for the transfer of learning and knowledge sharing, form the cornerstone of all workshops.

Russell has worked both locally and internationally as an independent consultant to a number of high profile businesses. His generalist background has also allowed him to gain insights across the Human Resources spectrum and this knowledge enables our clients to choose and customise specific objectives which can be taught and learnt in an educational environment.
