Wet gear
Costume, shorts, T-shirts, hat or cap, track shoes / strops, windbreaker, second skin and a wetsuit (optional).
Dry gear
Shorts, T-shirts, tracksuit, track shoes, strops, warm clothing for the evening.
General
Sleeping Bag, pillow, toiletries, torch, towel (bath and swimming), sun block, insect repellent, lip-ice, hot water bottle and a camera
Drinks
Up the Creek does not have a cash bar facility – guests must bring along their own coldrinks. We supply juice, tea, coffee and water.
Please note that no glass bottles are allowed on river!!!
Valuables
Please do not bring valuable with you if at all possible.
Please do not leave cameras or cellphones in the chalets. Although our team enforces security measures we cannot take any responsibility for missing property. If you require anything to be kept for safekeeping, please consult your lead guide.
Cellphone reception
There is cellphone reception at the camp. Being a bush camp, there are very few power points around the camp and none in the chalets, so please charge phones before leaving home.
Showers and toilets
Although ablutions are communal, there are separate male and female blocks.
Bedding
School groups will be required to supply their own bedding / sleeping bags.
